This is the seventh iteration of PoS51, and the third, I believe, to bear the title Power of Suggestion.
The last design was clunky, hacked-up, and disorganized, not to mention a bit overdesigned. I’ve learned a lot over the last year, since starting at DTS, and I’ve been thinking for a while that it was time to clean up my design (mainly from a code-perspective). I haven’t really had a chance to do that, but I was customizing whiteboard to get ready for some upcoming freelance work, and I decided it was time. I wanted a sort of no frills look this time around, so I ditched the color and the images (there are four CSS images in this design).
I used @font-face kits from Font Squirrel, Gentium Basic for the body text and League Gothic for the headings. A little jQuery on the attachment pages in the gallery, and that’s it. What I’ve ended up with is something less distracting and more readable than the last. Let me know if you agree.
